Can you rebuild our slow theme?

Usually the highest-ROI option. I audit what is slow — apps, assets, Liquid — then either surgically optimize or rebuild. The audit tells you which is cheaper before you commit.

Do you design too, or build from our designs?

Both. I build pixel-faithfully from your Figma files, and I design directly in-theme for clients who need design leadership. Either way, merchandising logic comes first, decoration second.

Will our apps still work?

Yes — app compatibility is verified on staging before launch, and app bloat is audited as part of the build. Fewer, better apps is usually the outcome.

How long does a custom theme take?
