Product strategy & MVPs · Omer Muneer

Build the product that answers the real question.

I help founders and product leaders choose what to build, define an MVP, and connect delivery decisions to customer needs and business goals.

The situation

When the feature list grows faster than confidence

An MVP can become an expensive collection of assumptions. A broad feature set may still fail to show whether a customer wants the core workflow. Product strategy starts by naming the buyer, the problem, and the behavior that would demonstrate value before committing to a large build.

How I approach it

Describe the smallest complete journey that lets the intended user solve the problem. Identify what can be tested manually, what needs software, and what can wait. Translate that journey into acceptance criteria, a delivery sequence, and questions to revisit after real use.

Decisions we can work through

  • Who is the first user, and who decides to pay?
  • Which workflow must work end to end for the product to be useful?
  • Which assumptions should be tested before implementation?

A scope we can agree

  • A product brief defining the user, problem, and intended outcome.
  • An MVP scope with explicit exclusions and acceptance criteria.
  • A validation plan and a sequence for the next product decisions.

These are possible deliverables. Scope, timing, and fees are agreed after understanding your situation.

What to bring to the conversation

A short message is enough to start. These details help us get to the useful questions faster.

  • Your product idea or a link to the existing product.
  • Customer conversations, objections, or usage observations.
  • The time, budget, and team constraints shaping the launch.

A common question

Can you help with an existing product rather than a new MVP?

Yes. The same approach can clarify a stalled roadmap, a difficult onboarding journey, or a new feature. We start with the behavior you want to change and work backward to the smallest useful intervention.

How do we get started?

Message me on WhatsApp with your business, the challenge, and the outcome you want. We can clarify fit and agree whether a focused review, a defined project, or ongoing support makes sense.
